Synopsis From Goodreads:
Some things are worth waiting for…
Traveling thousands of miles from home to enter college is the only way nineteen-year-old Avery Morgansten can escape what happened at the Halloween party five years ago—an event that forever changed her life. All she needs to do is make it to her classes on time, make sure the bracelet on her left wrist stays in place, not draw any attention to herself, and maybe—please God—make a few friends, because surely that would be a nice change of pace. The one thing she didn’t need and never planned on was capturing the attention of the one guy who could shatter the precarious future she’s building for herself.
Some things are worth experiencing…
Cameron Hamilton is six feet and three inches of swoon-worthy hotness, complete with a pair of striking blue eyes and a remarkable ability to make her want things she believed were irrevocably stolen from her. She knows she needs to stay away from him, but Cam is freaking everywhere, with his charm, his witty banter, and that damn dimple that’s just so… so lickable. Getting involved with him is dangerous, but when ignoring the simmering tension that sparks whenever they are around each other becomes impossible, he brings out a side of her she never knew existed.
Some things should never be kept quiet…
But when Avery starts receiving threatening emails and phone calls forcing her to face a past she wants silenced, she’s has no other choice but to acknowledge that someone is refusing to allow her to let go of that night when everything changed. When the devastating truth comes out, will she resurface this time with one less scar? And can Cam be there to help her or will he be dragged down with her?
And some things are worth fighting for…

My Review:
Rating:
Wait For You is another amazing book by the one and only Jennifer L. Armentrout!! Her books never cease to capture my interest and hook me in from the very first page.
Wait For You follows the journey of Avery, a struggling college freshman, far from home and trying to forget a troubling past. However, once she meets the handsome and confident Cameron Hamilton her world turns upside down. She is forced to confront her past or risk losing the one man that makes her feel whole again.
Yet, Cam is not without his demons. Will their relationship be enough to save them from their pasts?
Avery and Cam's relationship was absolutely adorable from their very first encounter. Their witty banter had me hooked from the very first page. The relationship that they built and the struggles they had to endure to get there, kept me wanting to read more. I enjoyed watching Avery's character grow and learn to trust again.
While the storyline sounds like every other romance novel out there, however Jennifer L. Armentrout has a remarkable talent for adding witty humor to the dialogue making you fall in love with the characters. She develops the characters so well that you feel as though you are apart of the story, even the secondary characters. Her development and flow of the storyline is excellent making it easy to follow the story without feeling as though something is messing.
I would highly recommend this book!! In all honestly I would recommend any JLA book, her writing never lets me down. She is my go to author when I am in a reading slump or just can't choose my next read from my ever growing TBR pile. :)
This book is definitely worth the read and I look forward to reading the others in this series.
